Welcome to the World of Work Student Diary - Online. Like the Diary booklet, the Online Diary is to help you make the most of your work experience. You will need a login name and password. If you don't have one ask your form teacher / tutor or your school's work experience coordinator.

About the Online Student Diary

The online Diary is new. Not only will it show details of your work experience placement, it will also let you keep a record of your experiences and the skills you have developed.

There are three main parts to the online Diary.

Profile
Profile just lists basic information about you and your work experience placement. You will also be able to print your Certificate of Completion and eventually export your diary when it is finished.

Diary
Diary pages let you write down what you did and how you felt about each day of your work experience. You can keep a page for every day of your work experience.

Skills
Writing about the skills you have used doing tasks will help you think about your work experience and how it has helped you.
